Love May! It's always the end of an era, and the beginning of a beautiful summer!
First things first- Gemma and Lottie once again got hold of the scissors. This was a snip that couldn't be undone. Gemma had her hair in two cute ponytails, Lottie snipped one of them to the length that you now see. It was a quick trip to Debbie- and a cute bob for the diva fashionista. She loved it, and love the salon experience. She just kept flipping her hair nonstop.
Now mom and Gemma our twins!
We still our enjoying our Sunday evening walks in the golf course.
The boys are loving their newly rearranged room and they love to go in there and read. I really really want them to LOVE reading in life as much as Ari and I do. I think we're on the way to getting there.
Every month we've been trying to update and rearrange one of the kids rooms- we painted Lottie's, and made the boys room functional, finally it was Gemma's turn. Here she is with her new functional layout. She loves it.
We had a great FHE about serving others and helping out. We made an ABC chart and thought of a kind action for each letter. Here they are:
The day of the long awaited dance recital finally arrived! Gemma loves performing and getting on stage. She was such a ham- I have to admit- we love the outfit.
Brooklyn Farar has been a helper in Gemma's class. She loves her! So happy she can be out serving a mission in Peru now- she's such a great example to our youngens.
Kodee was at a birthday party. The rest of us were extremely proud of our lil dancer.
Nacho of course is her biggest fan! She LOVES this little chi pup. I think he loves her too- most of the time anyway:)
I had the wonderful privilege of teaching Laura Meehl this semester. She did a great job at her first recital!
Gemma, Kodee, and Jaxon all performed in this recital too, but it seems that we only took video and not pictures. Oops. We actually had a terrible thing happen- my computer crashed and I lost all of the data on it. I'm worried we're still missing a few pics, but most of them I was able to download from Facebook. We want to make sure we document our life for our posterity!
Gemma LOVED preschool. Ms. Stacy was amazing for her. She is so ready for kindergarten- watch out teacher. . .this ones going to keep you on your toes!
Thanks Stacy Wright!
Goodbye senior class of '16!
There were great times and there were well. . . . times. These kids have sure come along way from the younger years in 7th grade! So fun to see them reach adulthood.
Not sure what I was thinking with this pose. Possibly the nerdiest pose of all time.
Dabbing was a huge thing this year. I think it's weird but, whatever. This is what they like to do. It's "cool"
The Music Department of Safford High School
We have a good time together! Great teachers here.
Scott Green, Phelan Beauman, Jordan Keith, Chip Cheney
Awe. These two have been so dedicated to choir! Ami Webb and Shayla Smith
Becca Peck was my Executive Choir President. She's got a good head on her shoulders and works hard!
Kiana Bernal. What can I say. If I could bottle up sunshine and give it a name it would be Kiana Bernal. She perhaps kept me sane more than any other student throughout the school year. Couldn't have done it without her.
Holly Taylor- Wow, these Taylor's are such amazing kids! So fun to have her in both Bel and Taste this year. The girl kept me on my toes! Along with high expectations.
