Jordan's favorite quotes from General Conference. And he made these memes himself. He tried to make them go viral. They didn't quite take:)
Uncle Dudley's temple work has been ready to go for a few months. Richard went ahead and did the Initiatory so then just his Endowment was waiting to be done. Finally one week we decided to do it on a Wednesday night and stop waiting for everyone to be able to make it. Grandma was miraculously well that night and was able to join us.
Bless Grandma's heart for joining us that night. But the joy on her face after the session was completely unforgettable! Then we had quite the hard time getting a clear picture of us outside the temple. Jordan was adamant we get a good one. Good thing we did! It was historic:)
Here is the Singers class after EAC Large Group Festival
Bel Canto- Very fun!
Taste of Sound- They sang so wonderfully!
I watched the other kids watching Taste and they were mesmerized. One boy had tears streaming down his face as they sang "Prayer of the Children." So glad they were able to emote at that level.
One day Jordan decided the kids needed to know the greatness of Michael Jackson and show them
Thriller
They look pretty worried, but secretly love it!
Jordan with Trish Jordahl after her final Spring Sing ever! She was a great part of his musical journey!
Jordan saw old friends like, Shannon Moser
The weekend before Gemma's 5th birthday we drove up to Anthem to see Hollie and Garrett.
I asked for a haircut and boy did it end up short!
I was in shock!
I loved my long hair but I knew it was going to keep me hot in the summer.
Thanks Hollie!
A trip to Baskin Robbins was in order.
Kodee sampled Daquiri Ice and thought it was delicious. WE all thought it tasted fermented and sour. Definitely a strange sophisticated pallet for that one.
This year's new fad-Switching your faces on our phone
Freaky!
Very Freaky! Some say this Lottie looks like a creature that would crawl out from under the bed at night. Worst nightmare. HA HA!
Yack and Garrett had to get in on the fun too.
Oh Yack, Garrett and Jordan, never change
We went on a couples date with Amber and Josh and Erica and Lucas and they gave Jordan the great idea to do his own swim coaching one on one this summer. It's been such a great idea! Cathy Konopnicki was gracious enough to let us use her pool for the lessons.
Happy Birthday Gemma girl!! She loved showing off her new Mint dress at church
5 years old-going on 13
Gemma opening her presents at her family party that night.
(She begged and begged for a friend party and was bummed when I didn't let her)
But, makeup! That is her life!
Grandma Connie delivered.
I had the crazy idea to get Gemma a vanity as her big present. (She does not need any help with her vanity.) But, Gemma was very satisfied with her present.
Look at this sisterly love! Gemma sharing her makeup with Lottie.
They love sitting here, brushing their hair and reapplying eye shadow over and over
Aunt Jenny gave Gemma lots of sidewalk chalk and we had a fun family afternoon making the wall beautiful.
