THE HISTORY TAG
20 years ago I...
1. was in kindergarten!
2. loved recess
3. lived on a trampoline
10 years ago I...
1. I found Shea Lea and Lorianne
2. I was a nerdy choir boy with big dreams
3. I dreamed of marrying a hot girl one day
5 years ago I...
1. I was enduring long hard days knocking doors and sharing the gospel in Long Island, NY
2. I thought about becoming a cruise ship singer (and even auditioned for Disney Cruise Lines)
3. was ready to move out and be on my own (after the mission of course:) But I was, am, and always will be a mama's boy
3 years ago I...
1. was preparing to marry the most beautiful woman ever (that hot girl I mentioned above)
2. I burnt down my kitchen :(
3. I discovered Young Ambassadors was not to be my future (and it all turned out for the best! Hooray for Vocal Point!)
1 year ago I...
1. I decided to be a choir teacher for Jr. High
2. made my first big move, post-college back down to AZ
3. had my hands full with the cutest, toe-headed little boy of all time (and still do of course.)
So far this year I...
1. discovered how hard it is to teach hormonal pre-adolescents, but also found out I could survive
2. been so grateful for a supporting wife who loves me and keeps a rockin' home for me and my son
3. have had to grow up a lot and become very frugal
Yesterday I...
1. recorded and sold a song
2. went to dinner with mom, sister, and beautiful wife and son
3. reconnected with old friends!
Today I...
1. Bummed around the house and watched a ton of Full House reruns
2. Pulled a Daddy/Son day while mommy went to a stake women's conference
3. counted pennies, and hunted for quarters to go get an Arizona Burrito at Filiberto's (we're actually within driving distance now!)
Tomorrow I...
1. will attend my new Ray 1st Ward (which we love very much!)
2. will try to relax as much as I can before the hard week begins
3. will kiss and hug my wife and son and tell them how much I love them
In the next year I shall...
1. write and sell more songs
2. help bring our second child into this world (well. . .I'll help as much as I can!)
3. attend the temple often with my wife (and hopefully double date more with friends!)
