After a summer of being jobless, Jordan landed a job at Nike two weeks before school started, but with paperwork and training he didn't start until the week before school started.
He went and realized he was working with teenagers and 20 year olds.
He was gone a lot of nights and weekends so we never saw him, but we did get a pretty nice discount.
We are all sporting some mighty fine shoes and workout clothes now.
Thanks babe!
One day he came home with this 5 pound chocolate bar that he won at a drawing at a summer choral workshop. Holy cow!! So many people on FB told us not to eat it all.
Watch the calories!
Don't worry, we barely made a dent in it.
The weekend before school started we were able to attend Cassie Scott's sealing to David Wylie.
She was so beautiful and I really liked her dress.
I loved being in that sealing because I remembered my feelings the day I got sealed to Jordan and with our Anniversary 4 days away I was just very happy.
We got to reconnect with Jordan's cousins Rod and Laura.
They are very gracious people and I really enjoyed talking with them and listening to their southern accents!
Gemma modeling before church
Serious face now
Indian dress up day
Kodee lost his first tooth! Kodee came up to Jordan and said it was loose. The next second he pulled it out and that was that. Easy as pie.
Cutey
Jordan's first day was on August 4, 2014 for new teachers
The last day of the week they finally had time in their classroom
The choir room is nice and big!
Cassie and Gemma
We missed Cassie's first reception in Safford so we went the next week in Glendale not too far from our house. (Apparently we missed a fun party)
They also live down the freeway now.
Jordan really wanted to drive to the Waffle Truck in PHX, but it hasn't worked out so we tried to make fancy waffles instead. Jordan says they were the best waffles ever!
The Yack's have a really fun clover-shaped pool at their apt complex that we visited and it was super fun! Tiffany had a pizza party with the best New York style pizza in PHX.
I think the boys had fun!
They have no fear
Gemma is quite the swimmer now. Her eyes look scary here, but she was just opening them.
Jordan (Mr. Keith's) first official day with kids at the new job; Boulder Creek High School
August 11, 2014
Kodee the Kindergartner!! He was equal parts nervous and excited to start school
He crashed everyday after school that week. He was pretty overwhelmed. Jaxon was so excited he would not sit still enough to take a first day of school picture.
One job to the next. This is all that Jordan stared at for 2 and 1/2 months. I'm glad he was able to do that part time until he found something better. . . .:)
Cool, bright shoes
Jordan's latest hairstyle does crazy things when it's wet
Makes me laugh out loud everytime
Fun and messy choir retreat weekend; Heidi Webster was choreographing and did team building exercises for the choir students at the retreat.
Cute baby, Lottie is our little bundle of joy. This is right after she knocked out her tooth when she fell down one of the steps on the stairs. Jordan tried to put it back in but it did not take. The next day it was back out- so she will be toothless Lottie from now until her permanent tooth grows in.
The girls got into makeup. Gemma is loving having Miley as a neighbor girl bestie.
Tired boys in back of grandma's car. This was after one of the late night returns from the hospital and visiting grandpa. Now. . .on to Grandpa Keith.
