February Lovin'

February was a very loving month! Honestly it was kind of a fog for me because my marathon was lurking around the corner like this big, dark, scary beast and most of the month seems to have been spent running. I did my longest runs on Saturday mornings and would often wake up around 5 or 5:30 and battle the freezing cold temperatures to get out there and follow my workout regiment. Luckily, the kids and Ari were a nice break from the intensity of the work outs so I got to see this when I was done:

Jaxon's hair goes a little red during the winter months. You can definitely see the Leinbach coming out in him.

Lottie discovered her feet. They're her favorite accessory. 

Sometimes when I get home from a run- I get this! A triple piggy back!

Ari was very sneaky and went and heart-attacked my office and left these gems of pictures on my office window. Love this woman! So nice to know you've got a perfect teammate who supports you and balances you out in every way. Have no idea how I got so lucky!

Kodee's photography skillz were not bad either! Good job little 5 year old!

Gemma is a morning person. Always ready to greet the day!

Making Valentine's Day goodies!

These were my Valentine's Day gifts for Ari. This is pretty much our favorite movie of all time (especially hers!) I was gone so much of the month of February with choir trips so these were my peace offerings:)

This little boy LOVES his female mini-me. We see so much of Kodee in Lottie. He always asks to hold her and can often be found playing with her, protecting her, or talking to her. I sense a life-long special bond here!

Here's our little bird at about 6 months. You can see she's pretty tiny. She doesn't weigh much more than 11 lbs here. That's when we knew we had to do something drastic to get her to put on weight. Her chart was starting to go down hill. We talked to Richard and he said formula stat. We had about a 48 hour period of time where Lottie fought us off big time and we were worried she'd never take a bottle. She finally relented and has been a good little feeder ever since. So glad we didn't give up! She gained a ton of weight really quick. No more little bird- now she's our chunky monkey! You'll see with pics to come!
