The kids meet Lottie

Once I was situated in my recovery room we wanted the kids to come to the hospital to meet the baby. Jordan called his mom, but she said they were already asleep. Both moms put them to bed early and didn't want to wake them up. Okay, wise decision. Kodee and Gemma got to come the next day before Kodee's preschool. They were so smiley and happy to meet baby Lottie.

 Jaxon was funny. He acted very distracted and we had to ask him to kiss the baby and hold her a little longer than a second.

 Took these while I was by myself for the afternoon. She's so little.

 Erica came by and gave us some cute bows she made. Janeen came by too with a vase of flowers and a fruit basket just for me. Very sweet. She helped us pack up the van too. We were able to leave after 6:48. Getting discharged always takes longer than we remember. We left about 8pm. We had to get home because the kids wanted to see us before bed. They had welcome home signs for us and anxious arms to hold the baby again.
