Family cookie night!! Monday before Valentine's Day. About the only thing we did for the holiday. After this day I ran out of nausea pills. Our insurance only gives me 24 pills every 23 days. Anyway, I was on survival mode until I got more pills. I think the actual Valentine's night Jordan and I ate takeout on the couch while watching Bachelor after the kids were in bed. I know, SUPER romantic. Then I just laid on the couch hoping my food would stay down.

This Stuffed Shells(new recipe courtesy of Our Best Bites seasonal) was made after I got more pills. It's amazing how they make me feel human again. The kids ate spinach and mushrooms, it was awesome! And delicious!
