Summer Fun, and weird potatoes

We've been having a blast this summer! Since I've been home from working on the farm our days mainly consist of trying to keep Jaxon entertained, changing and feeding Kodee, finishing my last SEI class to complete my teaching certification, and taking the kids to the pool and afterwards for snow cones. We also had a fun get-together with old EAC friends! Love summer time!

We made some interesting mashed potatoes. One of the variety we've been running out at Pinto Creek, the farm I worked at this summer, is a Purple Potato. Here they are mashed. Pretty fun. . .the chicken pillows were heavenly I must say!!
