In other news, we've been having a TON of rain here in the Gila Valley. Our yard is looking green! I wanted to prove to all of you that we are capable of having green lawns in AZ, so I took some pictures. When we first moved here, the backyard was knee high, yellow, dry grass. It's been fun to see it grow and beautify! Our front yard has always been pretty green though. Now we just have a village of mushrooms growing under the bench swing. Maybe the smurfs live there. . .

Jaxon's Favorite New Thing. . .
FOOTBALL GAMES! Yes people, this weekend was the intense, Thatcher/Safford game. We were kind of at a loss as of what to do, so we sat, literally on the 50 yard line in the stands, I'll prove it to you. It was fun because a lot of people were down and visiting for the game. Jaxon LOVES the whole thing, the cheering crowd, the cheerleaders, but he ESPECIALLY loves the band. He's completely mesmerized when the marching band comes out. We stayed in the stands till after half time, then went down to the grass to let him run. My fears were confirmed true when Jaxon tried REPEATEDLY to run out on the field. He thought it was hilarious to try to run out there.
Clapping Away!
Proof that we were on the 50 yard line!
Jaxon was having a blast. You can also see his FUNKY front teeth here. The kid's destined to be a dental catastrophe.
My old good friend Mel P. comes to town, with her cute lil baby, Ava.
