July Jubilation... Time to move! Peace out Anthem!

This is one of my FAVORITE pictures of the year. Love fourth of July pictures.

Decorating the bike for the parade around the church. Kodee LOVES this!

Gemma's bike

We got balloons!

Adding the finishing touches!

Gemma's Fourth of July do!

Lottie had a do too!

This boy is FIERCELY protective of his baby sister and INSISTS on calling her Charlotte. You'll never hear "lottie" come out of his mouth. So funny.

Parade time!

Jordan joined in with these ladies singing the songs of the service men. It was so patriotic and random! Fun!

Lazy summer afternoons- after writing in the library all day and teaching swim team and lessons.
Little Yackety Yack. She's a cutie!

Firecrackers at the Coates'!

Winner of the best brother award goes to. . .

Gemma's first corn rows. She was all hood and thugged out! Ha ha.

Another one of Gemma's besties! They loved playing together!

Look at that Goose Egg! Poor boy!

We were shocked how big it was!

Um, are we washing dishes? Or derrierres?

Last swim meet of the season! This was my team that I coached all summer long. They were great! I was in charge of the 12 and up group! Go Aquabats!
This guy right here is AMAZING! Anderson Cooper. Look for him at the Olympics. He helped me out a lot with my swim kids and was such a neat, respectful kid. I only wish he could have been in choir!:)

Oh Lottie. . . getting into the flour.

One last girls night out! Bowling time! Ari sure misses these besties of hers!

What a blast. As we were packing up and cleaning out the garage, we created a slip and slide. So much fun. The kids loved it. Better than Wet 'n Wild!

Sliding around on the garage floor. It really helped to clean the gunk off:)

Grandma and Grandpa came down from Utah to help us with the move. It was SO stressful and we are eternally grateful for their help that week! They even got to come along with us on the July trip to Tucson for FFA at the Weston Catalina resort. Good times!

Goodbye Riverbend Rd! Oh how we wish things would have been different. I thought we'd be singing "Just Around the Riverbend" for years! I pictured Jaxon learning to drive on the streets around Anthem. Crazy how things can change so quickly!

All packed and ready. We had to get the biggest U haul they had, plus a trailer, PLUS we loaded grandma's car, our van, and truck to the brim. Boy do we have a lot of stuff!

At the resort during FFA! Kodee's a cinnamon roll fanatic.

All moved in to the Thatcher house. Exhausted beyond all belief. Ready for a MAJOR vacation!

Home sweet home! Bunk bed is up! Here's a tip- do not LOSE the hardware to beds when you move. I you do, you will not find the screws and such until you go to home depot and buy more. Then you will find the original hardware in the bedside table in the top drawer. DOH!

We had so much fun with Maddy and Hannah. They were down visiting grandma for the summer. They helped us IMMENSELY! Jill, you have some special girls!

One of the things Maddy and I did together was write out her song. She's quite the composer! So fun to see it in print:)

Flowers for Grandma. The girls (Mitzels) wanted to get grandma flowers as a thank you so we took them to the florist and they bought these. Very beautiful!

Duh duh duh.  . . it's coming! The bracelets came and we are ready to go! First time to Florida baby!

Ice cream party!

mmm mmmm good!

Family home evening! The kids' favorite game- Mother May I!

Or in this case: Father May I. Ha ha.

Riding her bike at the new Thatcher Park. Love it!

Beach Volley Ball at the new Thatcher park. Hannah is GOOD!

Lottie can't get enough of the swings!

Visit from the Laytons!

Off to fix up dads/grandpa's grave. The grand-daughters.

Family time. A little weeding and a very sporadic VICIOUS rain storm. That's why we are soaked.

This has been a crazy monsoon season!

Kaleb came to visit! Oldest and youngest grandchildren in the family!
