For some reason this has been an extra "trying" year for Jordan with choir. We're not quite sure what happened, but the kids really put him through it this year. Lots of divas and divos I guess:) Everyone wants the special solo, the special part, the special place in the group- and it really took it's toll on Jordan. We live in a world where kids have a hard time accepting defeat, or not always "winning." If they didn't get what they wanted or their way, they seemed to turn on him and show quite a different personality then he was used to. Let's hope other years aren't this dramatic:)
They had a great Spring Shenanigans concert and really stepped up right at the last minute. They had an Alice and Wonderland theme which was really cool. The costumes were awesome.
Everyone was really excited about the new Taste of Sound duds as well! Thanks Eclipse- and Jody Peck for heading up that fundraiser!
Oh yes- did we mention we had an extra special "visitor" arrive at the end of the show. This guy made his way clear up to the seventh row before Dave Konopnicki took matters literally into his own hands. We were surprised nobody was screaming bloody murder!
