Happy Birthday Ari!

Ari turned 30 on November 6, 2012. It was a wonderful day!! Well- most of it. I tried my hardest to make it special for her, but it was a big day for our country as well. Mitt Romney was running for President against Barack Obama. We have not been happy with Obama at all. In fact, it's going down in history as one of the worst presidencies of the United States of all time. Mitt Romney held so much hope for our future, and we were excited to see what that future would be like. Unfortunately our country reelected Obama- and we have no idea why. It was a very close election, but in the end the liberal side prevailed. Conservatives and traditionalists are being weeded out and the constitution is under attack. Many things that we as latter day saints hold dear to our hearts and the values we hold to be true are being scrutinized in the media of today. We are trying to maintain a happy household in the midst of a depressing economy and time in our country.

Happy Birthday Ari!

We took this picture to send to Elder JD Layton on his mission. I believe it was a part of "Merry Christmas"

This is proof that I did my part to try to save our country:)
