Another big day here. . .nursery to Primary! Jax is now officially a sunbeam. We kept telling him all week and day about this, but I don't think he really got it. It wasn't till Sacrament Meeting was over when it finally set in and he panicked. He kept moaning "nurs-ree" as we took him into the primary room. There were some tears and clinginess, but finally Ariel, a girl that's been helping in nursery, came to sit with Jaxon so it'd be an easier transition. He just loves her! He did fine after that. I had to peek in on him a couple of times to see how he was doing. . .sitting in chairs, listening to a lesson, etc. He did great, he was a little distracted by random things, but I have hope he's going to be fine. We were a little worried what he was going to do when he came back into to combined primary, and he'd still have to sit with his class. He did not like that AT ALL! He ran in and had a huge entrance, but was sad again when he couldn't sit with us. He sat on Ariel's lap, looking very depressed for the rest of primary. When we put him in the van afterward he said, "I sad" and then "I tired."
Kodee was especially hard to handle in church because of our new 1:00 time slot. It's right in the middle of his nap time so he doesn't know what to do with himself! We love our new primary class and so far 2010 is lookin' ok! Tonight for dinner: Egg Plant Parmigiana- a first in the Keith Household! I'm excited and Jaxon gets a "red letter day!"
We love the new sweater vests Kim and Dave got the boys! They are quite the good lookin' pair! Thanks you guys!

OK, we need to find a way for all of these little second cousins to see each other more often. There were three that started Sunbeams yesterday, and I had no idea! That's not so good!
Their matching outfits are ADORABLE! Love them Ü And yeah, wait until he starts kindergarten...then it starts getting traumatic! Every milestone is crazy, but fun!
It was Bekah's first day in Sunbeams too. She did so good! I forget that they are in the same year in church. She has a January birthday so she is the oldest. We only had two kids moving up from Nursery from our branch, so they held the younger sunbeams back another year. Bekah was excited about that cause now she is with her good friend. There are only three classes in Junior primary. We have a lot of them combined. :)
your boys are so adorable. what darling sweater vests. we got to see kim and dave this christmas. it was great. maybe we'll see you guys again someday. :)
The boys look darling in their matching sweater vests. I hadn't seen them on them yet. Seems like they are starting to play together. And boy, is Jaxon good with puzzles. We did 3 at the house today - better than me for sure.
